First and foremost customer service sucked! I believe the lady's name was Shirley. We came in and nobody acknowledged us for about 15 minutes. Then she gave us the key to our room and the first thing I noticed was that there were long black stands of hairs everywhere. Literally! Hair on the couch, on the kitchen table, on all of our towels, even in the bed between the sheets. Also, the lights went out around 12 a.m - by this time my wife and I were exhausted so I didn't bother to say anything. However when we woke up in the morning they were still out - now I am highly pissed off as I paid damn near 300 dollars to bathe and eat with no lights and to sleep with hair! No that was not the intention! I almost forgot the damn fire alarms went off and we all had to evacuate the building which was unpleasant. I can not say I will come here again but I definitely will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also my wife left a voicemail for customer service and they have yet to get back to her. I need to be accommodated.
Liked: The kitchen.
Disliked: Strands of hair everywhere and dirty couches!

This is by far the best hotel that I've ever stayed in! It is amazingly clean and the staff is totally awesome. For anyone staying from out of town they make you feel right at home. Oh and did I mention the amazing breakfast?!

Easy walking distance to Chrysler Hall where we were attending a night opera. The overall experience was very good; friendly, helpful staff; very clean and properly prepared room. Plenty of very nice food venues within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Well lit for night life and secure. Great breakfast buffet. All in all a great stay and highly recommended.
Liked: Very clean room; very friendly staff; very close walk to venue we were attending.
Disliked: None that I can think of.
