Liked: The front desk staff was nice the hot breakfast in the morning was more than just Continental so that was good and the pool is very large they also have barbecue pits and a lot of tables and chairs in case you wanted to barbecue
Disliked: I'm leaving a review only because they overcharged me when I wanted to upgrade my room she told me the total was going to be $604.70 and that was including what I already paid with booking.com of &284.20 She said what I paid with booking was included in the price but they ended up charging me $604.70 and so did booking.com, therefore they owe me $320.50 when I called the facility he told me that they had no record of me staying there anyone with the last name so I'll have to head down in person to get my refund obviously because I have the receipt and the charges on my card overall the staff was okay did find it weird how housekeeping came in my room to women asking if I needed help with anything while I was wrapping presents for my child kind of awkward the room was not cleaned well the microwave was dirty inside and the front of the dishwasher was dirty. Be cautious this place is right by the freeway and is quite dimmed lighting in the hallways and the rooms the breakfast was good and the pool is nice but the hot tub wasn't working at the time also our TV remote was not programmed to the TVs so maintenance came into manually set it up. Took him a while too set uphaving NFC interference also when the TV and cell phones would come to close to each other they would have an interference Also which was strange for some reason our balloons filled with helium would not float up in the air, Strange. Overall for a two day night stay it was a 2 out of 5 star for me.
