Liked: Positive: Location. Room is spacious for NYC . Negative: Amenities such as in the bathroom could be definitely better. Very weird shower, mostly absent toiletries including shower gel totally empty.The biggest minus was breakfast. I’m not sure, but I think it’s now included in most places in NYC. Briefly, terrible over roasted watery coffee, plastic scrambled eggs, awful sausages, even bagels didn’t taste NYC bagels. Anyway, after 5 min of that breakfast, we left for a near by street breakfast place, never ate that breakfast again.

Liked: Staff super friendly, room good. Only the mattress of the sofa bed was very bad, please change it as also the third person in the room wants to have a good sleep! Thank you

Liked: Location. Safety. Staff very helpful.
Disliked: * Room could have been better. Property was unable to give good view or 2 doubles (we were 3). * Breakfast was good but it was same everyday - so not great if you are staying for more than 2 days. Breakfast area was very very busy - was difficult to find seating. Loooong lines at the waffle counter - for some reason they switched from pre-made waffles to make your own.* Housekeeping and Concierge numbers were always busy when you need it.
