Liked: Great location!! Was close to all the main attractions. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Elevators took a while to arrive. Rooms were outdated but adequate.

It was a lovey stay...

Liked: The location was perfect, an easy walk to Time Square and all other local areas of interest. Also the subway was close. The room was a good size and although we did not use the kitchenette, the extra space was great
Disliked: The breakfast was only ok. Very little variety, no bacon and to be honest a little bland. It was good to have it as an option but I wouldnt rate it too highly.

Liked: This property is at a premium location. You can walk to every major attraction in Manhattan.
Disliked: The property is well located to all major attractions. The building and room are a bit rundown, but it has so much potential that I would recommend this hotel and would definitely consider returning.

Never again!!

Liked: This was our third time staying at the hotel. When checking in, I was asked for credit as a deposit. My card didn't work, so we used my friend's credit card. The hotel immediately charged 150 USD. After arriving in the Czech Republic, I received an email from the hotel that my credit at the hotel was 0.! The hotel has not yet refunded my friend's money. It is impossible to call the reception - it's an automated system. The hotel's email address does not exist!!!!
