The hotel bedrooms are tired...

Liked: The staff were friendly and location was great.
Disliked: We had a room with a kitchen there were little bugs on the kitchen board which got in our food.

Liked: The location of the hotel: it is perfect for those who want to see much in Manhattan. The room is spacious and with the view to Empire State. Breakfast is enough, but not so rich as in Europe.
Disliked: Disposable plates, cups and cutlery in the restoran in the morning. Now I can understand, that my tiny Estonia cannot save this world if such a big country as USA still does not care about washing the plates themselves and prefer to produce more garbage. Another pity is in the bathroom - we could not manage to wash ourselves the way the floor is dry, and stepping out of the bath onto the wet floor was not pleasant.

Perfect view, staff, location and...

Liked: The view of the city was perfect. The staff was very nice. The location of the hotel was perfect. The breakfast was very tasty. The rooms were cleaned every day. We were two adults with a 14-year-old daughter and it was great. I highly recommend it

Superb

Liked: Rooms were large for NYC. Kitchenette, fridge and microwave were all plus points. Obviously location was great. My kids could walk across for Bryant Park. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Microwave was not working but it fine it didn't bother us much.

Very good location for exploring...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and we had a lovely view from the room.
Disliked: The breakfast was very poor. We paid extra for the breakfast and for the price we paid we expected a lot better. The scrambled eggs were overcooked, the biscuits were very dry and the gravy looked terrible. The sausage meat was cold.The first night we had melon and the following day there was no melon on offer. Very poor and we wished that we hadn't have paid extra for the breakfast.
