Good location but forget sleeping

Liked: Excellent location with friendly staff.
Disliked: It is impossible to sleep with the roar of the lifts going all night. It is like sleeping under the Brooklyn Bridge with the constant pounding of the trains overhead. The room is a good size but the bathroom is cramped.

Liked: The hotel’s location is great and so convenient! The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was great.
Disliked: The bathroom was very small and the shower/tub was clogged. I don’t think we can set the temperature at night and with the thin blanket we were cold and got a cold.

Liked: Excellent stay, staff perfect, the room very good, the location amazing. Breakfast was just ok, but not the best one, and every day the same. All in all, I highly recommend.

Disliked: Needs some renovation, room we got at first was not as expected, but reception helped to change for better.We needed extra bed so we hoped we can use the convertible sofa, but it was totally outlived its time….
