Liked: location is good, it's near to the place we are visiting, breakfast are very, together with the staff

Liked: The staff was pleasant and accommodating
Disliked: The shower handle was broken in bathroom and made it difficult to shower

Disliked: No free Krispy Kreme donuts. LoL!

Liked: The person that checked us in gave us a room with a great view of the Empire State building!
Disliked: There was a private party in the bar area, so it was closed to hotel guests. We had to leave the hotel and go to a bar down the street. Another couple we met went to a nearby liquor store and brought wine back to the hotel. I think it would have been nice if a small section of the hotel bar area could have been kept open for hotel guests.

Liked: Excellent location, close to many attractions, dubway system. Very convenient luggage storage and USE of lounge option before checkin and after checkout

Liked: Excellent location. Close to Times Square but far enough to avoid the biggest crowds. Excellent lounge area available to guests before check in and after checkoutLuggage storage before snd after the stay was very helpful . Very close to several subway lines

Great location, very tired hotel,...

Liked: Location is excellent!!
Disliked: Breakfast in just plain weird... it's in the bar. Doesn't work for breakfast at all and not big enough to cope with the amount of guests. Room was tired (as is the whole hotel.) If it had a refurb, the hotel would be excellent.

It’s okay

Liked: Location and cost was good comparatively.
Disliked: It’s an older property and I’m not sure the kitchenette could have been used. It was really small for 3 people.
