Liked: Breakfast was very good, though busy. Room view on Central Park was +++
Disliked: The first room we were in had some flooding and we had to change rooms several times over the course of a 4-night stay to eventually have the room level we had originally booked. They wouldn't transfer our luggage themselves we had to bring them down each time and back up.

NYC’s Heaty Hotel

Liked: Location is near everything. Staff are amazing, they are very supportive and friendly.
Disliked: Little bit old and furniture is aged. Busy and tiny lobby. Rooms are little bit cramped.

Liked: Location, having microwave oven & refrigerator. Of the 3 nights we stayed, 2 breakfast were excellent, 1 breakfast selections was poor.
Disliked: Hotel room was too small and our toilet stopped up.
