Disappointed. Have stayed in Residence...

Liked: The place needs to be updated especially the beds. The bed the first night was terrible, kept sinking into the center of the mattress. We had to change rooms the second day and although better, the bed was not up to standards. Would not stay there again if not updated. Stayed in Residence Inn in Tallahassee, FL two nights later and the bed was much better.
Disliked: The breakfast was excellent and very clean.

Liked: The property is amazing. The morning breakfast was perfect. Good ambience, good staff, clean environment.
Disliked: The bed and the sofa in the room are not exactly good. A replacement will be just fine.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, and the kitchenette met our expectations. The king studio was very well-laid out and quite clean.
Disliked: The bed was awful. Made sleeping difficult. The couch was similarly almost unusable. Staff was adequate, and did their job well, but overall unfriendly.
