Liked: Quality, service, and LOCATION.
Disliked: Front desk female attendants. One told me that my request for 6 fresh towels for 4 adults in one day was "unlikely". She was correct. Every time we requested clean towels during our stay, we were given 3.

The perfect stay!

Liked: Very well staffed, clean and the perfect location for watching the parades.
Disliked: Would recommend that they offer coffee service in the hotel lobby…would be a nice addition.

Great...just no breakfast.

Liked: The hotel and staff were great. Very nice facility and location.
Disliked: Not sure where the correction needs to happen but the hotel was positioned as having breakfast on site and that's incorrect. They do not offer any type of meal options.
