Liked: Everything except as noted below
Disliked: Terribly uncomfortable couch. Bed couldBe updated as well.

Liked: It is an older property that needs updating and is way overpriced.

Liked: It was clean and it was close to UMass
Disliked: Didnt quite feel like the people had ever seenBrown Humans around. The manager gave my child a look when she went down to pick up the food .. Also I paid 490 for the room for one night and i was told it was the best room the suite and the room was noisy as hell they had a broken fridge that made a noise all thro the night. Mentioned it as we were checking out and the manager had nothing to say nor was a word mentioned for refund of atleast part value of the room for the inconvenience
