Liked: Breakfast was very nice, good variety offered. And well staffed. Plenty of seating available, which was needed as some mornings it was very busy. Room size was good, as we had selected a kitchenette, which included basic kitchenware needed to prepare meals/snacks.
Disliked: Room did not have full cutlery in kitchenette, no hand soap in bathroom. Short on drinking glasses/wine glasses. No bin in the bathroom. Expected better room housekeeping before we checked in.Very poor free internet speed, TV signal was poor, which was unacceptable for the amount of money paid for this hotel. Reception fobbed off our complaints on the poor internet service. We'd spend a previous night at a much cheaper hotel, which had excellent free internet.

Liked: Nice location and friendly staff
Disliked: Only one out of three elevators were working on Saturday. This is a large facility, and it made getting in and out of the rooms time consuming. There was two adults and two children. The pullout bed mattress was absolutely terrible. Also there was no need in the room for the pullout bed when we arrived at 8pm with a reservation.

Liked: Breakfast was not good. Nothing looked appetising. We stayed at Residence Seaworld pre covid which had a far superior breakfast.
Disliked: Bed comfy. Room good size.
