Overall OK but breakfast a...

Liked: Breakfast was not good. Nothing looked appetising. We stayed at Residence Seaworld pre covid which had a far superior breakfast.
Disliked: Bed comfy. Room good size.

Liked: Feels like home, very friendly staff, reception is amazing , attentive.Breakfast as well is very well served.
Disliked: All is good

Liked: Close to universal. The soundings was really good. The rooms was perfect.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff on the reception was amazing . The breakfast was basic so much people for one bread toast and two waffles machine. All utensils was plastic.
Disliked: The room has a kitchen in front of the beds we and terrible fish smell, we can sleep good it was definitely uncomfortable.

Disliked: Why plastic plates and plastic cutlery?? Also the breakfast was tragic, couldn’t eat anything. Especially the eggs, they tasted artificial

Good location, cleaning and service...

Liked: Close to Universal Studios in a quiet street.
Disliked: The room, bathroom and kitchen are not cleaned. In the bathroom, part of the wallpaper was fixed with paper metal clips. The dishwasher was not working properly and we need to wash all the dishes again when we arrived. To replace towels and restock toilet paper we need to ask in the Hotel Lobby for the receptionist.
