Liked: I was locked out of my room in the middle of the night. My key worked all day then it just stopped working in the middle of the night. The staff was unable to fix my room key and refused to fix it. I ended up staying with friends at another hotel. I returned the next morning day shift was able to fix my room key. I paid 300 to have my own privacy and still was not able to even have that. I reached out to the manager she took notes sent this information to her boss. Her boss was supposed to reach out but it’s been a month. I have not heard anything.

Great room, friendly staff, but...

Liked: The room was fantastic! No complaints about the room itself it was perfect!
Disliked: The construction in the lobby had a horrible smell that was making my partner react very badly. Which is a problem seeing as they had to go through the lobby everytime to get anywhere. The other thing I didn't like was the room key system. So, I got locked out of my room, and went down to get a new key. They asked my last name and gave me a key. The key didn't work, and I noticed had a different number on it. So I went back down to tell them this, and they discovered that someone else in the hotel had the same last name as me. So they literally gave me someone else's room key, and had I wanted to break in, I could have. Which is SO dangerous and I was horrified thinking if the roles were reversed and they gave someone my room. So that's something that REALLY needs fixed and cannot happen again.
