Liked: The location.
Disliked: The room that I had 1736 had no heat, not even after setting the thermostat at 84 ° and it was cold outside, only 25° on November the 30th, 2024. When I complained the following morning at checkout, the lady said that there's nothing that she could do. She told me that they would have to investigate that. I'm not sure what is to investigate. All they had to do is just go to the room and check it.I was very disappointed.Also, the trip was for business, and she could not provide me with a receipt/invoice that showed the company name, although I have requested one in advance.
