Beautiful, luxury, and great location!

Liked: The location is great! Look for the bicycles to take you and friends to Broadway and back. They seat 6. I loved that the hotel surprised me with a gift basket for my 50th birthday! The only thing I could recommend is the fragrance they are using in the lobby is bad on people with allergies and autoimmune issues. The smell is great but it made a few of us have migraines and allergies .
Disliked: The lobby fragrance - need to think about people with allergies, asthma, and autoimmune issues!

Liked: The location was great! Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I was booked into a room that was already occupied upon check in. I opened door and was extremely embarrassed as I walked in on the occupants. Them along with my group were shocked. I had to pay more upon checkout due to being put in a different room.

Liked: Location was excellent.Valet was pleasant and helpful.Quiet and comfortable considering the proximity of Broadway.
Disliked: Upon arrival there was a previous guest’s cocktail in the freezer. We had to dispose of that because we didn’t want it to appear to be something we left behind. There was a coffee maker in the room with coffee supplies, yet no coffee pot to actually make coffee.We were excited to try food at the AC Lounge. We ordered two cheeseburgers and unfortunately the smell and flavor was not pleasant and we could not eat more than the initial bites. The burger smelled and tasted as if it were cooked in the same pan as overcooked eggs. It was a wet dog smell, which was unfortunate considering the elevated price and description of the burgers.
