Pleasant stay... pros outway the...

Liked: Location is great. We had numerous things planned around the Opryland area during our stay. This hotel is only one exit away from the Gaylord Opryland Resort, the Grand Ole Opry House, and the large Mall. It is only about a 10 to 15 minute drive to downtown. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The continental breakfast that was served daily, always had new selections and lots to choose from. Definitely a great Perk! We got the suite that had a full fridge and freezer and kitchenette with a sink, stove top, microwave, and dishwasher. The little island was great for eating a quick lunch or a snack. They also provided silverware, basic cooking necessities, plates, mugs, and glassware. The beds were fairly comfortable, and additional dressers and vanity area are provided as well. They also have an outdoor area with a couple of large gas grills that you could actually grill your own food on if you wanted to and eat outside. They had a gas fire pit however it was never turned on during our visit even though the nights were cool. The hotel also had laundry facilities, which were extremely reasonable to use (I washed a full load of clothes on our last night there so I wasn't lugging home a pile of dirty laundry), and has a very nice fitness area as well.
Disliked: The room was clean, but not CLEAN. I make it a habit to always bring Clorox wipes with me to wipe down any countertops or surfaces that are often touched, which I also did on this trip as well and glad that I did! The room with clean, but not like how you clean your house clean. The drain in both the kitchen sink, which had a garbage disposal in it, and the bathtub drain were extremely slow to drain residual water. The one thing I found extremely disappointing, was the indoor pool. It could have used a good vacuum on the bottom, not to mention the fact that the entire in-ground pool is only 3 ft deep! I'm only 5 ft tall, and if I stood up in the pool, the water literally came to below my belly button! I tried to swim a few laps on my stomach and actually scraped my knee at one point! I specifically looked for a hotel with an indoor pool because rain was predicted two of the five days we were there, so this was a bummer.Although there were a few things that didn't quite meet my expectations, I would most likely stay there again because overall we had a pleasant experience.

HORRIBLE money grabbing hotel

Liked: Literally nothing
Disliked: Was over charged by 300 dollars and it was a fight to get it back and the women who I talked to laughed at me for being upset and wanting my money back. Horrible horrible service and there was hair all over the bathroom so it wasn't even clean

Liked: Beautiful facility, comfortable beds, lots of pillows, full kitchenette, free breakfast had low carb and gluten free options with a good selection.
Disliked: The pool was chilly, the tub leaked water around the faucet, lights were difficult to turn on in the bathroom.
