It was not clean. Poor...

Liked: The location
Disliked: Our room was dirty, extra linens were not brought up to us for the pull out couch the night we asked for them. No one actually addressed the problems. The glasses in the king suite were dirty. It was not an enjoyable experience for our family. I would not recommend.

Disappointing

Disliked: I reported my TV was not working properly. I was told that no one was available to swap it out. Wanted to move me to another room at 11pm. I reported it customer service the next day. I was told I would be getting an email. I have not got one as now. My complaint number is 652050616.... Very dissatisfied!!
