I will always stay here when in Nashville!

Liked: Beautiful hotel in a nice area in Nashville. All the staff that we encountered were wonderful and friendly. It's within 10 minutes of downtown where so much is happening. There was a fully equipped kitchen and the room was just perfect! They serve an awesome hot breakfast that had plenty to choose from for everyone.
Disliked: The only negative was that I had to leave at 10:30 pm to pick up my kids from a teen event they went to - when we returned there were no parking spots. We had to park up by the curb at the front. It's obviously a popular hotel and the entire place was filled - so I guess that is why there were no spots. It wasn't that big of a deal and there was a security guard outside on premises who told us where we could park. That was nice that someone was walking around outside.

The hotel charged me twice...

Disliked: The hotel cancelled the room by mistake. Told me it my fault because I attended late thro delayed flight. Initially refused to acknowledge they had been paid by booking com. When I insisted they check and showed them my receipt from booking com, the receptionist ' found' the money in hotel suspense account. She refused to allow me to stay unless I paid a second fee because she didn't know how to resolve the problem. Am waiting to be reimbursed as next day they realised it was their mistake. Apparently will take upto 5 working days to be reimbursed.. I await repayment.I won't stay there again and wonder whether other visitors would welcome my experience at 12 midnight upon arrival in Nashville from a long flight.
