Liked: Very good hot food
Disliked: I like Grits and bacon

Should stayed at the Onclave!

Liked: The breakfast and the clerk Angie was helpful and very friendly. She was very apologetic about the issues I was having and made sure the issues I had I with the dockets were fixed when the previous maintenance men never came back!
Disliked: I don’t like the 100 dollar night hold on the card. Marriotts only authorize a 100.00. But I later found out this is a franchised property so that’s there play. Tv box was hard to work, sockets don’t work properly ands lighting in bathroom was horrible and shower did not have a door. Room was not cleaned when promised. It would have taken 7 to ten days to get money back if my bank didn’t intervene and if one of the managers didn’t give them the authorization code. The clerk tried to charge me resort fee and taxes after I explain to her it was covered though booking at check out. I told her that at check in. The Gm did give me half the pet fee back due to issues.
