Great place to stay with...

Liked: Nice room, cot for our daughter was good and when we asked for blankets they were there on our return. Breakfast was brilliant, varied and all delicious.
Disliked: Nothing at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Liked: breakfast is quite good
Disliked: The room was not clean and uncomfortable. We were three people, and it was hard to accommodate ourselves in the room. The beds and sofa were not comfortable.They offer parking but with a high cost in an area with no other options.

Great location and very good...

Liked: Location was excellent for access to the train station a short walk away. Very helpful and polite staff
Disliked: Breakfast room was combined for both Marriott Residence Inn and Marriott Courtyard guests i.e. just the Marriott Courtyard room was used and the Residence Inn room was not in use, so it was very crowded, difficult to find a table and trying to access food was like a scrum. Bowls and plates ran out and it basically required more staff to clear tables quickly and make them available as more guests arrived for breakfast, and to ensure crockery was replaced and available. Having said that that food was very good.Check-out also had too few staff so the wait was 20-25mins which was an issue for some guests trying to get to appointments.

Disliked: We were confused about the name of the hotel. Nearby there is as well Residence by Marriot.

Disliked: staff is very rude, upon checking in they toke pre authorisation of my card for the accommodation & they didn't have hand wash in the room and when request it we got shower gel ! housekeeping never refill sugar.upon check out Mario from the reception he insist to recharge me again instead off using the pre authorised amount when I refused such action he was very rude claiming that this is the hotel policy and I don't have to like it , i insisted to raise this matter with his manager who was setting in the next room and didn't make any effort to come to talk to me he just came back saying fine we will do it , I am Marriott memember and I will never came back again
