Liked: The hotel was very nice with a very good breakfast. The room Was clean. The sofa bed should have a thicker mattress and the hotel did not supply a fitted sheet or extra pillows. That would be my only complaint - we had a wonderful stay, and we will return.

not good.. uncomfortable bed too...

Disliked: they downgraded the room without notification, to a room with only a queen bed (and sofa sleeper which is uncomfortable). since i booked through this site, they charged almost an identical rate (no credit was issued). i had known i would have gone elsewhere.

Disliked: Reception staff on arrival were not very friendly. All other reception staff were very pleasant.
