Relaxed environment, close to ITC...

Liked: Rooms were extremely clean and well kept. Staff was friendly during all interactions. Amenities were perfect and everything was on time and seamless. Great stay and interaction all together. Definitely recommend.

Disliked: It’s very clean and feels very comfortable, they also try to accommodate all of our needs from early check-in to bag of ice to luggage help!

Liked: The hotel was very nice with a very good breakfast. The room Was clean. The sofa bed should have a thicker mattress and the hotel did not supply a fitted sheet or extra pillows. That would be my only complaint - we had a wonderful stay, and we will return.
