It was ok but I...
Liked: I live in the area and needed a staycation had friends coming in from out of town so we decided to book for the pool experience for the day however way too many kids in the pool and we never got to use it some kind of issue with it not being sanitary so it was closed afterwards a little disappointed. Room was low in stock with towels soap and blankets for the pull out. But overall it was ok the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Great location bed was uncomfortable...
Liked: The location was perfect! I liked that it had a pool too.
Disliked: When I walked in my room there was still wrappers from a black and mild still on the top of the fridge. The bathroom wasn’t well cleaned and there was water damage to the wall near the shower head. I couldn’t even get breakfast our second day because the area is so small there were too many people hovering over the food.

Liked: Erica at the front desk was very friendly & professional. I needed early check in and she got us in with no problems. I really appreciated her taking care of my group.

Love the property but the...
Liked: The location and property were perfect.
Disliked: The staff did not display the level of hospitality I'm used to. Front Desk Staff person was not welcoming at all. In my room was one wash cloth and towel. When I called down to the front desk, I was told I had to come down to the front desk a get it. This was the 3-11pm shift. My cousins and I were playing a card game in the room and a staff member came to the door and asked us to "Pipe Down". Beautiful property, but the staff could use Hospitality Training.
