It was adequate. The Risidence...

Liked: It was right downtown
Disliked: Elevator service was pretty bad. They had 3 elevators but it was also used for the cleaning staff and the elevator only holds maybe 5 people depending on their size and luggage. A number of them at least one elevator was in service or Not working.The lobby was so crowed all the time that it was hard to ask questions since it could take up to 20 mins or more waiting times.The breakfast was okay but most of the hot food was cold bc the lids don’t stay on. The lineups for the waffle maker is too long I just gave up.
