No access to reaching someone...

Disliked: We had made reservations and paid for a 3 night stay in this establishment 6 months ago through booking.com. Flight delays made it till we couldn't arrive till the Saturday morning after our anticipated Friday check in. Though I tried many times to reach the front desk, it was virtually impossible. Reaching out to the general manager via social media accounts, referred to an assistant GM with no reply at all. So we were told we would have to pay all over again, but they'd match bookings.com price. So at this point in time, we have paid for the room twice(once at hotels.com and once again at the front desk)and were told to go back to hotels.com to get a refund. Not a good partner for hotels.com

Perfectly PERFECT Location for Carousing...

Liked: Perfectly perfect location for our needs. Loved the valet service, which was OUTSTANDING!! The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was perfectly fine. It offered a variety of fresh items. All staff who encountered were very friendly and professional. The lobby was welcoming.
Disliked: Price was outrageous

Nice hotel, fantastic food @THE...

Liked: It has an excellent restaurant attached to the hotel. ‘The Camino’ was absolutely fantastic food, great atmosphere and a restaurant staff that was perfection. Would absolutely go out of my way to stay at this hotel again just to eat at this restaurant again!

Very good

Liked: Location location location ..can’t be beat !
Disliked: all rooms overlooking the alley can be very noisy early in the morning as all the garbage from 2 hotels and several businesses is picked up by garbage trucks for many many minutes . Try not to get these rooms
