Liked: Really nice and made for a family. Clean and spacious setup

Liked: All staff were friendly and helpful. Clean facilities and room. Comfortable beds and sofa bed. Although I didn't require, fully wheelchair accessible room and facilities.
Disliked: The only thing I would change would be heating the pool just a few degrees more. The water was on the cool side so I didn't stay in very long.

Excellent choice

Liked: Close to the airport, with very spacious, clean room with kitchen. The breakfast was included which is not common in N. America. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I thank them. There is shuttle to the airport provided and the driver was very courteous. Overall, an excellent experience.
Disliked: Noisy heater unit, and the food choice at the breakfast could have been better but these are minor points.

Liked: The room was large, clean, comfy bed and quiet.
Disliked: Breakfast. It was awful. I would get rid of the turkey sausage slices and make sure the staff refills the coffee cream. Also, with a regular toaster, it took too long to get toast as there was a lineup for it.
