Disliked: One of the staff members was named Diana when I asked for a bottle of water for our 2nd night stay, she was rude about it. I might be wrong but I thought that being a bonvoy member, we were allowed two bottles of water each day, and since we did not get our room cleaned between our 2 night stay, I went to the front desk to get a bottle of water but she flat out refused and directed me to purchase it which left me with a sour taste as I needed the water to take some medicine. The rest of the staff seemed super nice when I went to get some lotion or a shower cap. The facility was clean!
