We had a very positive experience with this hotel. The parking ramp we used was connected to the hotel so we didn't need to carry our luggage outside (it was snowing); the continental breakfast buffet was delicious and had something for everyone! The staff was very polite and helpful with getting us a ride to and from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I truly enjoyed the whole experience.

Liked: The lady at the front desk with the wig on her head is the most evil lady I've ever met in my life. I walked in and she mugged me right away probably because I'm a colored woman she was the most rude ever and would not allow me to check in I would love if they just fired her. She was the horrible and made my service the worst ever.

Liked: Convenient to park, good breakfast and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Transition from tile to carpet had sharp tacks exposed to hold carpet in place was painful when stepped on. Television was blurry and unable to adjust to correct picture.

Liked: Easy access to restaurants, the convention center, Target, kitchen amenities in the room and skyway. Loved how quiet the hotel was. The property was clean and spacious as well. Loved the two bed/two bath room for 3 of us.
Disliked: The noise from the dishwasher. But we only ran it went we were checking out so no big deal.

Liked: The rooms were very large and spacious. Very clean.
Disliked: Very noisy. Breakfast was subpar. Eggs were running, bacon needed to be cooked more even though it’s pre-cooked, bread for toast with stale. Parking was way too expensive.
