Horrible experience because of a...

Liked: Room was close to rear door
Disliked: I searched your site for pet friendly hotel. Was no info about a deposit. Chose this hotel. Got there and got charged 100. For non refundable pet deposit. (Fee). No manager to talk to and booking reservation was also non refundable. So I paid 119. For my 4lb. Pet to sleep and 94. For me to lay there and toss and turn because I was upset. Arrived at 1130 and left upset at 5am.

Enjoyed our time with family!!

Liked: I’ve appreciated that it was close to the graduation that we were attending.
Disliked: The floor in the hallway was not level and could potentially cause someone to get hurt.
