It was on ok stay

Liked: Location
Disliked: The fact they were going though renovation and did not state that upon check in also I get the water pressure but there was no hot water in the third or fourth floor

It was OK, but people...

Liked: Friendly employees
Disliked: For some reason when you go to a hotel by yourself, they look at you funny, which is weird, not only that there was no bags outside for the dogs to use the bathroom and every time we did go outside, they kept getting stickers in their feet. We wind up, leaving a day early because we got chased down by some crazy man at a red light and because my dogs were uncomfortable to go outside because the stickers in their foot every single time no matter how many steps we took their stickers I need a place for dogs to go or something.

Liked: Libby was beautiful. Staff was great
Disliked: Bathroom could have been cleaned better. Splotches of paint on the bathroom door. Broken tiles on the floor. Bed was awful.

Horrible experience because of a...

Liked: Room was close to rear door
Disliked: I searched your site for pet friendly hotel. Was no info about a deposit. Chose this hotel. Got there and got charged 100. For non refundable pet deposit. (Fee). No manager to talk to and booking reservation was also non refundable. So I paid 119. For my 4lb. Pet to sleep and 94. For me to lay there and toss and turn because I was upset. Arrived at 1130 and left upset at 5am.
