Great hotel

Liked: Very clean, new, breakfast was good with different options daily. Pool was warm. Great locations with walking distance to lots of restaurants. Had some noisy neighbors on both sides at night but staff was quick to respond when we called. Would stay again.

Bad

Disliked: I had a terrible experience booking this hotel. Very bad communication I reserved for two nights weeks prior, received a confirmation number and email confirming. The day of the reservation I received an email 1 hour before check in that my reservation was canceled due to no deposit placed when that was not communicated or mentioned at all when I booked. They did not make an effort to explain the situation or book me a new room. Do not book this hotel.

Liked: It’s was across the street from the beach seemed like at 450 a night it would be beach front.
Disliked: Well here we go! The power went out around 9:00 pm. We had just got up to the upper floors and boom! No tv no nothing. We had to sleep soon because we had booked an early fishing charter. Of course my wife was freaking out and we got little sleep due to the fact the power was completely out for several hours. After we asked for at least a partial refund we were completely ignored by management.

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: My room was across from elevators, horrible nights sleep due to constant loud banging from elevator. I even called front desk at 8pm to see if there was construction going on. Room was extremely overpriced especially after a sleepless night. Also at $300+ per night, charging $37 to park the car was also an outrage.

Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: I thought it was closer to the beach.

Exceptional

Liked: The Bar tender JOJO is amazing! She was friendly and a joy to talk to! Her drinks are on point! I booked on booking.com and even tho I paid for a bay room, when I checked in I was assigned one but when I showed them my booking they got me the room/view I wanted. The staff is very friendly, pool deck area is a dream, best breakfast/ food ever! I can’t wait to come back here! :)
