Liked: The area it’s perfect and the amenities can’t argue with that
Disliked: One lady at the front desk named Jerry ruined my family vacation on my last day with her attitude.It was my second time staying there, because I was very impressed first time and happy.The facility offer $30 food vouchers when u check in but nobody mentioned to me that those vouchers are 1/daily .When I’ve tried to use 2 of them on a big order at the pool restaurant that was when I’ve found out about the policy so I went to the front desk asking them to make an exception or help out.The tone the lady talked and unwilling to accommodate me was rude.Her all attitude ruined the rest of the day.

Liked: Great location. Two minute walk to the beach and a ten minute walk to restaurants. Easy to Uber to Miami attractions. The suites are well equipped, spacious and clean.

Liked: I really liked the location, front desk as well as food and beverage staff were really helpful, attentive, courteous and professional. The room was clean and taken care of.
Disliked: The housekeeping staff could have been provided better assistance. I had to ask for coffee for my room several times and only 1 time I was given regular coffee. I was told by the staff that all they had was decaf. I specifically remember asking the front desk if I could get coffee for my room at about 1130 and they called on the radio for coffee be brought to my room. I was not even contacted until 3:30 and then they told me they only had decaf. There was a language barrier so really it was just a point to the decaf and shrug shoulders with a half frown face….. I was there for almost a week so 3 regular coffees for my room during that time was unacceptable.
