Disliked: My card charged 3 times. And personel is mean and not willing to answer why.I just have to wait to clear(hope it will)Rooms are very very dirty.Most employees are mean. Only very few good.

Good enough if you need...

Disliked: Food was very low quality yet expensive - served in bags! Coupons and vouchers are tacky and complicated. Staff vibe was not warm and friendly - more perfunctory like schoolteachers.

Liked: We arrived early and we asked if our room was available early and they told us it wasn’t ready so we said we go and grab a bite to eat. We returned 2 hours later and they said our room still wasn’t ready. We had traveled all night long and were extremely tired at this point we just wanted to settle in our room for a nap. We sat in the lobby while several of the people in my party fell asleep on the benches/table in the lobby area. I watched the front desk check in several other guests after another hour of waiting I asked again if our room was ready and they told me not yet. We then proceeded to wait another 45 minutes and at this point it was 3:45 and check in time is 4:00 so our room should absolutely be ready at this point. But once again I am told that our room is not ready I then said but check in time is 4:00 and we have already been waiting hours I don’t understand why our room is not ready. She told me the cleaning crew is still working on cleaning the rooms and the only thing she can do is see if the expedite our room. I explained to her that is what I was told hours ago and yet it still isn’t ready and now it is almost the scheduled check in time and my room still isn’t ready. The manager came over and said that isn’t much they can do if the room hasn’t been cleaned and at this point I am very frustrated after several minutes of talking with the manager she was magically able to find a room for us. Never in my experience of traveling have I had to wait hours for my room most places if they know you are there they get your room ready within an hour so you can get settled we waited for over 4 hours for our room and then they almost tried to make us wait even after the designated check in time. The hotel was extremely over priced for the lack of customer service they showed and then the pull out sofa was so uncomfortable my 21 year old son just slept in the couch instead of the sofa bed.

Will not be returning.

Liked: Property clean, amazing location right across the street from my favorite beach.
Disliked: Staff was rude and willing to help. Everything we asked was too difficult to be done. Really bad welcome drinks. Used to be owed and have a super kind staff and was bought a while back. Now bikes are not complimentary, they be receive one dog per room (depending on the size it used to be 2). Highlight of the stay was how rude and unfriendly the staff was. We left one day before the agreed.

The facilities were top-notch, with a gorgeous pool, a well-equipped gym, and a serene spa that offered the ultimate relaxation.The location of the hotel was also perfect—close enough to all the main attractions, yet far enough to offer a peaceful, tranquil atmosphere. Whether I was exploring the local sights or simply enjoying the ambiance of the hotel, every moment felt like a luxury.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and rejuvenating stay. It truly offers the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return!

The hotel was so close...

Liked: Location was perfect. Staff was very accommodating. Room was a great size.
Disliked: As I'm not a drinker I did not appreciate the $30/night mandatory charge. We bought waters we did not need.

Liked: Very accommodating staff, especially Ciara the front reservations/reception associate.
Disliked: Rooms' sleeping area and bathrooms should be upgraded and remodeled.Felt a bit tight quarters.
