Liked: The room was very nice and clean and the receptionist was exceptional she was very nice and patient and she did her job with grace the room and view was nice the kitchen in the suite was clean love the bathroom as well
Disliked: It was nothing I didn't like every thing was great will be booking again on my next trip to Memphis

Liked: Liked everything about my stay. Great location. Within walking distance of the Fedex Arena and Rock & Roll & Soul music museum. One of the best breakfasts I've experienced at USA hotels. The security is excellent with the front door always locked 24/7. Great TV channels, quiet, nice desk to work at. I could go on.
Disliked: Minor. I'm a side sleeper and felt the bed was a bit too hard for my sleeping style. Nothing serious.

Nice spot

Liked: I liked the valet parking. The men were very courteous. Our check-in was okay. The lady was loud for no reason. There was a medical emergency in one of the rooms down the hall from us and it got a bit chaotic but nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
Disliked: I don't have any complaints other than the loud lady.

Would stay here again if...

Liked: The staff was fantastic. Breakfast, loved that they had fruits and not just fruit cups.
