Liked: Comfortable beds, valet parking and all employees were more than friendly. The rooftop views and set up were awesome!!
Disliked: The free breakfast was good bad didn’t have much selection

Liked: Location was good although not much is happening in downtown Memphis outside Beale St.Having breakfast included was a bonus as not much choice around the area in the way of breakfast venues.
Disliked: Our room was not serviced during our 3 night stay - apparently it was forgotten - we were able to get fresh towels but you have to collect them yourself from reception, not really a big deal but not good service. We found the staff ok - they did their job but were not particularly helpful or friendly anywhere in the Hotel. One member of the reception staff did say they were struggling with getting staff/staffing etc so that might have been a factor.
