Tried cancelling but couldn't; absolutely rubbish service trying to cancel and get refund; won't be booking with these again.

Stayed overnight; went to Co-op Arena; great location and close to railway station; can't fault this place; will be staying again on next visit to Manchester.

Liked: All the staff were most helpful and welcoming.
Disliked: Nothing.

We stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott as we were going to see The Eagles concert at the Coop Live Arena Manchester. Although the accommodation was a little further away from the venue than we would have preferred, it was a about a 30 minute walk, we got an uber taxi there and back no problem, and it was well worth it to stay a such a lovely hotel.

Liked: Very spacious suite with King room with TV; lovely bathroom with bath and overhead shower; lovely living room area with sofa bed, table and chairs, TV and kitchen with double hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, pans, plates, cups, glasses, dishwasher, fridge - everything we needed for a lovely stay. Very clean. Lovely, helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again, loved it!
Disliked: Nothing bad about it.

Great hotel laid back atmosphere friendly staff good location for city centre and the Co op Live and Etihad. This will be my go to hotel for future visits to Manchester.
