Outstanding experience; awesome room at a reasonable price. Refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, utensils meant we could cook meals in the room. We cannot wait to stay again.

First of all. Dont lie

Disliked: Didn’t get the room configuration that I had reserved. Couldn’t cancel and was still charged for the reservation and not what I received. Had to jump through hoops after being told my rate was adjusted. Then only discounted the dollar difference with no consideration for the major inconvenience caused to me and my family.

Liked: It was across the street from our event.
Disliked: The worker who checked us in and out was rude ( same lady). We had two shampoos , 1 conditioner no body wash in the shower. We had a buzzing noice all night in the room. Tried calling the desk for help with no answer.

Disliked: Our room was never cleaned.The boiler for the hotel broke down. We had no hot water for 2-days.
