Great location

Liked: The room was very dusty and the dishes from the previous guest were in the dishwasher. Only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in the room for 3 guests. Housekeeping is definitely lacking. The hotel was conveniently located and would stay here again if we are ever back in Lynchburg.

Great value for visiting Lynchburg

Liked: Located across from the mall and conviently located near Liberty U and restaurants. Booked a 1 bedroom suite and it was very spacious! Cozy lobby area to do some work and get out of the room. Front staff was very nice.
Disliked: Honestly, there isn't anything I could think of. They didn't have extra sheets for the pullout bed already in the room but that's not a big deal.

Very disappointed in finding bugs...

Liked: The property was not clean and bedbugs was found in the first floor we was placed in
