Liked: Wasn’t able to catch breakfast
Disliked: I really can’t say there was anything that I didn’t like about my stay

Liked: Good location, well maintained
Disliked: Asking me for a card in order to check out. The room was already paid and left a card on file for incidentals which they said there were none.

It was pretty nice.

Liked: Nice breakfast. Very quiet. Fast check in. Good location. Easy to find a parking space. We had a nice time at the pool. Close to Appomattox and Natural Bridge.
Disliked: Tatoos on the staff. Dog hair all over the couch. Pull out bed was uncomfortable. Didn't like that there was no shower door--water sprayed on the bathroom floor getting the bath mat wet.

Disliked: Yes, found Multiple hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. Then had no pillowcases on the pillows, They had forgotten to put them on, The house cleaner never came and cleaned the room one of the nights during our stay. But came in the room and took the tip.

Disliked: They couldn’t find my reservation

Our favorite hotel in all...

Liked: The beds in this overnight accommodation are luxurious! Our first stay I liked the bathroom better but the beds were perfect after a very long laborious day of work. The guy at the front desk for both visits was exceptionall hospitality wise. We work in hospitality and I would hire him or someone with skills and character like him and we have a very high standard for hospitality. He was phenomenal. I don’t remember his name but he had long red hair (tied back)
