It is my favorite place

Liked: The location and size of room
Disliked: There was small blood stains on the comforter

Definitely would stay here again!

Liked: Great location! We booked a double queen suite and the accommodations were very nice! The breakfast was really nice and it included Gluten Free muffins which was perfect for my wife who has celiac!
Disliked: The only negative was the shower curtain. I know, kind of an odd thing to complain about. But, it was either installed too high, or the curtain ordered was too short. The bottom landed right on the top edge of the tub. It was impossible to keep it inside the tub, so water got all over the floor. We had to use extra towels to soak up what spilled over.

Liked: The front desk during check in was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: As we walked into the room it smelled like a wet dog and humid. Floors in kitchen and bathroom areas were sticky, you could see your footprints. Items from previous guest were still in the refrigerator. Toilet seat was loose. No hand soap in the sink area, and no soap, shampoo nor conditioner in the shower area. Breakfast was cold (French toast, bacon and eggs). Disappointed that the waffle iron was out of order.

Great location

Liked: Close to everything. Rooms were perfect size and very nice. Good variety of choices for breakfast. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Sofa bed was not very comfortable but it worked.

Liked: Front desk people were amazing some of the clean crew except for one where phenomenal laundry people were so awesome
Disliked: Didn't like they didn't have umbrellas outside. I didn't like they have cockroaches and I didn't like how my room was really filthy before they moved me

Overall, this was a great...

Liked: The rooms were very large and comfortable for a family of 5. We enjoyed the daily free breakfast and cleanliness of the property. My kids especially loved the pool, and it was cleaned on a daily basis.
Disliked: A ton of people came over from surrounding hotels to utilize the on site basketball court. They played late into the evenings with loud screaming past 11 pm at both the court and in the pool area. The hotel was also in the process of having all of their carpeted areas shampooed during our 4 night stay. We were notified by letter in our room to expect anyone to access our room during the day if they needed to. The hotel did not have in room safes and that required us to keep electronics out of our room during the day. This was a bit of a hassle, but they did not end up coming into the room. These were both annoying, but would not keep me from staying again in the future.
