Wonderful hotel

Liked: The hotel is amazing, close to TTU and many restaurants. I am the mother of a son studying at TTU, so for me the location was wonderful.

Great location; excellent staff!

Liked: The property is in a great, central location for anything you want to do in Lubbock. The rooms were perfect for our family of 4 to stay comfortably. The staff was so kind and very helpful. We left my daughter’s in our room, and staff called the day we checked out to let us know and asked us to send them a shipping label, which we thought was so nice.
Disliked: The only downside was that they only had one person on staff the night of our stay, and it was pretty packed due to an event. We had no issues, but I did feel bad for how hard she was having to work to keep up. She managed it all with the sweetest smile though!

Great night's stay!

Liked: The size of the room, the comfy bed, huge kitchen and bathroom. The shower was awesome and it was really clean and quiet.
Disliked: The neighborhood wasn't great. We didn't have an incident but I think they should hire security for the parking-lot.
