We experienced a wonderful stay while being in town for a concert at the YUM Center. It was close to walk to the concert as well. The hotel was very clean, staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good. The only bad thing was rust dripping off the handrails entering the hot tub - although we did tell a housekeeper and they were going to wipe it down. They're even pet friendly! Great hotel and we would stay again.

The hotel staff was very helpful. They had great security. The room was fabulous. I would book a stay there again.

Liked: Clean rooms. Good location.
Disliked: We stayed so we could swim and use the hot tub. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was so hot you could not get in it. It was a real let down.

Liked: The property was conveniently located, and easy to maneuver.
Disliked: Multiple light bulbs not working in the room, our sink wouldn’t drain, the microwave sparked and stopped working just from turning on the stove light. The dishwasher hit my husband in the head because it was not grounded into the cabinets so the outer frame would pop out from under the cabinet when you open the dishwasher door. When entering the building on the second floor parking garage, there was a huge gap infront of the door, at first cause our cart full of stuff to roll back down the handicap ramp and topple over in the parking lot. A LOT of adjustments need to be made. In the morning my husband when to make pancakes with the pancake batter dispenser. As soon as he when to pour it out of the machine and handle popped off because it hadn’t been installed/inserted correctly; it was half-assed. At this point pancake batter starts flowing heavily all over the counter, cabinets, floor. I ran to the front desk and nobody was to be found. So I had to go into the kitchen to find the nearest worker who was standing there on her phone. She comes out and starts to clean the mess up meanwhile here comes the worker from behind the desk finally appearing after she isn’t needed. She proceeds to start talking loudly to the other kitchen worker in the breakfast area about how “people don’t know how to use the machine so just shut it off, the handle never just pops off like that” and I said “excuse me? You weren’t even in the vicinity to witness what happened… I however was and maybe it doesn’t happen but shockingly enough it did today can you believe that? I don’t believe you have the right to talk so negatively about something you didn’t witness. And it’s very unprofessional of you.” She proceeded to tell me that “she knew what she saw..” which is like umm how? Girl you were NOWHERE TO BE FOUND? We proceeded to finish breakfast but wow what an experience to start the morning off with right?

Liked: Handicap accessible bed to high for guest to access has to sleep on sofa bed want easy for her. I had a nice sleep in the bed. breakfasts was great excellent and hot

Liked: Check in was so easy. And the clerk was super friendly. Our 2 bedroom suite was roomy and had 2 bathrooms!!
Disliked: Couldn't really find anywhere to shop within walking distance. Plenty of bars and restaurants though. So we had a great time.
