Great hotel but additional fees...

Liked: hotel is family style with many amenities including a kitchen which is great for families who want to save money by cooking instead of eating at local restaurants. However, there are plenty of restaurants nearby if guests choose to dine out. All staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful.
Disliked: Cost for parking. pretty pricey and added additional unexpected cost to my stay (i didnt read the fine print). This fee would probably deter me from reserving rooms at this location in the future.

Wonderful place to stay.

Liked: The room was really spacious, comfortable main bed, kitchenette, lounge area and a desk for work/computer. The breakfast was excellent in range and quality.
Disliked: The sofa bed mattress was well past its use by date with springs sticking out all over. The amount of plastic in the breakfast room - cutlery etc - needs to be reduced significantly.

Enjoyed our stay

Liked: Location n support and cooperation from front desk to house keeping staff.
Disliked: Though i requested a ground level unit closer to reception 2 weeks prior my arrival, , i was given an upper unit. It was inconvenient to move in n out With 6 checked luggage.
