Disliked: Plenty! I had to send my son down for a set of towels, there were only 3 found for our family of 4.. After dinner we discovered both tv remotes were haunted—not functioning properly. Once powered on, the volume incrementally increased all on its own that it brought on my migraine. We called the front desk and someone arrived to inspect then returned promptly with replacement remotes. That was appreciated. No rollaway bed in our room though, which we requested when completing our reservation. My husband hesitantly took the pullout sofa and woke up crying in the middle of the night from sciatica pain. Then the refrigerator made a loud high pitched noise. It was after 1am, too late and exhausted from our 6.5 hour road trip to complain about it. We just unplugged it, leaving our snacks to spoil. The next morning we walked to our car and found broken liquor bottles and trash in the parking area—parking is an added fee of $20 per night by the way. Multiple things, albeit small- but it was one thing after another…coupled with the annoyance of having to leave one of our key cards in the wall slot at all times just to keep the lights on was weird and inconvenient. We had to answer the door whenever one of us would return from the gym or food area—causing interruptions of afternoon naps, bathroom and/or shower time. We were a family of 4 adults that upgraded to the largest unit available but could not come and go as we pleased due to only 1 valid key card we were permitted to use.
