Place needs some cleaning
Liked: Staffs were friendly area felt safe
Disliked: Bed was comfortable but sheets were clean bit felt stiff and scratchy carpets were not clean and looked needed thorough cleaning also pet relieve area were really gross, old dried poos and smeared poos were everywhere I was afraid that my dog may step on the poos. I wouldn’t go back and recommend others with that price

Nice rooms but pricey deposit...
Liked: The Penthouse Room was exactly like the photo. It was not on the ground floor, and there was no lift. So be prepared to haul all your belongings up some narrow stairs.
Disliked: The $1,000 USD deposit. 3 days later, and we are still waiting for the refund.There is not much around in walking distance, and the location is a bit dicey. We walked up to Ralphs, about 1/2 mile and were greeted with 4 cop cars making an arrest in the parking lot.

Disappointed. Most definitely not as...
Liked: The location was decent. Not too far from the airport. Near a Target as well.
Disliked: The amenities were separate from where we were staying. If you wanted breakfast, you had to walk to the main building at the front of the property. Although the exterior was decent, it, along with the interior, was not. Sadly, the room was not worth what was paid at all. It seemed like because we had a later flight, we got the "last" penthouse that turned out to be the worst looking room on property. How fair is that? That room needs serious work. Especially if you are charging over $1,300 for 4 nights. Also a $1,000 deposit. If that room needed repair from previous occupants' neglect, it should not be offered to anyone until those issues/upgrades are completed and addressed. The carpet was ripped on the first level bathroom, I could see the holes where the towel rack was broken from and replaced, the shower needed a deeper clean, the couch also had leather that was ripped and you could visibly see the cushion underneath. The lights were dim and yellow. Could barely get any proper lighting. The shower head on the second level needed to be properly cleaned as it had calcium deposit/hard water build-up, causing the water to not come out properly. Could not enjoy my shower, not one day of my stay. I'm extremely disappointed. Usually stay at Residence properties. This is an extreme turn-off.
