Liked: Front desk staff were very nice and helpful! Good breakfast as well including friendly staff at breakfast!
Disliked: Staff running the bar in the lobby were extremely rude. Would roll eyes at you and couldn't even make a simple cocktail. Quite disappointed as this degraded our experience. Due to the L.A wildfires the pool was closed as well as the grammy museum which was part of the main reason we chose this location. No compensation was offered due to these attractions being closed again degrading our experience.

Disliked: The pool was closed. There was no water in the pool. My family and I were going to at least be outside. Al thought it was somewhat cold.

Fantastic walking distance to the...

Liked: Breakfast was great, and the rooms are very soundproof. We slept very well, and had the comforts we could want.
Disliked: We couldn't get a hot shower. No matter how long we let it "warm up," the water never got above 95 degrees. Also, we never experienced a room tidying. The garbage got a little out of control. Pool was closed.

Comfort was good, however too...

Great Price, Location, and Service!

Liked: Great price, quality, and excellent service. The location to the convention center, Crypto Arena and restaurants were perfect and all within walking distance. The Room and beds were clean and very comfortable and we plan on staying here again
Disliked: Breakfast was good, coffee could be better. but the Starbucks on the first floor was beneficial for coffee snobs like me.
