Liked: the room was clean, it was nice that we had a kitchen. The breakfast was ok, maybe a little more selection would have been better
Disliked: The price over night for parking my car. On top of the set price I had to pay parking fee. And we had to wait a lot to get my car. I really think you need a better system on that. We were really looking forward to use the pool, but it was super cold. That was really disappointed since you advertise that is heat it.

Liked: Flawless check-in, clean room we were close to the elevator. Everything was perfect room was very spacious.

Liked: Location, it was near the crypto center so that was a plus. Gym was great and so was the pool.
Disliked: Overpriced, didn't offer much. They don't bring your food up to your room, and they didn't offer parking only valet.

Liked: Front desk staff were very nice and helpful! Good breakfast as well including friendly staff at breakfast!
Disliked: Staff running the bar in the lobby were extremely rude. Would roll eyes at you and couldn't even make a simple cocktail. Quite disappointed as this degraded our experience. Due to the L.A wildfires the pool was closed as well as the grammy museum which was part of the main reason we chose this location. No compensation was offered due to these attractions being closed again degrading our experience.

Disliked: The pool was closed. There was no water in the pool. My family and I were going to at least be outside. Al thought it was somewhat cold.
