Mostly good

Liked: The 2 men serving breakfast on Saturday and Sunday where awesome. The pool was nice. Room was clean and comfy.
Disliked: What I didn't like was Friday night family above us had kids jumping on beds till 1am, till finally kid fell off bed and was screaming crying. Then saturday night there was kids screaming and running up and down and all you could hear is there mom screaming for a hour.

Liked: I always love coming here on my staycation but this time the outdoor hot tub was closed and everytime I come they never have enough towels and we have to wait over 30 mins for a towel. Some people nay have plans and can’t wait 30 mins or more tFor towels. So my suggestion is to buy more towels so u always have enough.
Disliked: Not enough towels in pool area

Liked: Residence Inn never disappoints! The staff is very accomodating & courteous. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are beautiful, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is always great! There is a variety of choices. I had a very peaceful stay, there was nothing for me to complain about. Shopping was everywhere in this area. There was adequate parking.
Disliked: There was nothing for me to complain about. It was a ten out of ten!
