After the three hours of...
Liked: I appreciated the front desk clerk spending 3 hours trying to communicate with Booking .com Customer Service regarding my prepaid reservation.after all those hours the clerk found out that after putting in all payment information, Booking .com made the mistake of processing the payment for arrival which turned out to be a agitating mess.. even though it was not the fault of mine or the hotel, the clerk stayed very calm and determined I ND to do his best to the the issue that Booking.com did.
Disliked: I didn't like the inconvenience that was caused by Booking.com not trying to help me in the matter above. It caused one of the Hotel clerks to be overrun by customers so the other clerk took three hours to get answers before getting my reserved room. This situation made Booking.com look very unprofessional to this Hotel and also to me as I have been a Booking.com customer for many years.

Bad experience.I’ve stayed multiple times...
Liked: I’ve stayed here before. But honestly the facility has gone down. Just the overall vibe is wrong. People hanging out. Late night smoke outs in the parking lot.
Disliked: Roach infestation in our room. Told the front desk. Told management would reach out to discuss this issue. Nothing yet.
