Liked: Stayed there for daughter's prom night. Staff is awesome! Clean and comfy beds. Super cute rooms; would definitely stay here again.

Liked: The best hotel in long beach. From the staff, to the maid staff, my group was made to feel welcome more than we expected. The facilities were top notch, breakfast was great, and I can't tell you how much I enjoyed talking with the front desk staff Sunday evening.
Disliked: Leaving! I didn't want to.

Liked: I love the view and location. It’s a nice clean hotel and the staff are wonderful.
Disliked: I don’t know if it had to do with being on the 10th floor but it took about half an hour for the shower to get hot. Hot water did not automatically come out from the shower.

Disliked: Price to high for location but good if you want be close to docking boat it’s walking distance and it would’ve been ok until they turn water off because pipe busted but gave refund just had to find another hotel that night
