Outsourcing service is like outsourcing...

Liked: The location and the kitchenette facility
Disliked: The room was not checked before it was allocated on check-in. The bathroom sliding door was not fixed properly and fell of its sliding rail. The TV did not load channels. The kitchenette did not have hand mitts to handle hot pots/pans, there is no monitoring of the laundry facility that irresponsible people blocking rhe dryers for hours.

Exceptional

Liked: I originally planned to stay only one night however my daughter got poorly so ended up staying four nights. Every day a lovely cleaner by the name of Rayan checked on us to see what we needed plus Afroza on reception brought her a lovely card & chocolates which was a wonderful gesture. We will be back again. Thank you Paul

Reception very helpful giving lots...

Liked: It was convenient for where we needed to go.Comfy bed and pillows .Reception staff were excellent
Disliked: My only grip would be breakfast not being very hot . Some male staff members congregating at the end of the bar talking (at one point 6 of them were there ) and looking at a mobile phone . It seems unfair when others are working clearing tables

Residence Inn never dissapoints

Liked: Quick check-in and check-out. Clean. Well trained staff
Disliked: Breakfast could use more eggs variety and vegetables.
