Definitely coming back next time!

Liked: The room with its extra facilities (fridge, microwave, sitting/eating area etc) was just what we needed as a base from where we could explore London, come and go as we pleased and prepare our own meals.The daily breakfast had lots of different options including some nice breads and pastries and even salads and humus for a vegetarian option.The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful.

Liked: - Breakfast was okay with one exception (not enough fruit choice)- Lobby and breakfast area was modern and well designed- Staff was moslty friendly and helpful
Disliked: - Location wasn't great (no underground nearby and every trip to central London took way too long) but Tesco nextdoor is nice to have- We got a room smaller than advertised but after complaining we did get the room we paid for- bad noise isolation in the rooms- some towels had stains- housekeeping didn't refill coffee, tea, soap/shampoo and toiletpaper- lifts are annoyingly slow and inefficient- almost no hooks to hang towels in bathroom- NO TOILET BRUSH??!? - Staff tried to bribe us with a futur discoint into giving a good review- Hotel working together with the restaurant in front but food was overpriced and not great

An ideal London base for...

Liked: The room with its extra facilities (separate small kitchenette/eating/relaxing area with microwave, fridge, stove, etc) was just what we needed. It meant we could buy prepared meals from supermarkets and heat them up ourselves without having to eat out at restaurants the whole time.The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful

Liked: Joseph was exceptional. He helped my wife with the luggage while I returned the car. He got her extra water and help. His attention to detail was above what was expected. Also the kitchen was an extra bonus with the features to do more than make tea.
Disliked: Lack of information on how to use the appliances especially the combined oven and microwave.

Liked: Ac was faulty, we were shifted into alternative rooms.After an hour of back and forth the manager offered us alternative rooms.No discount or refund was offered.
Disliked: Front desk staff, not great. Not very helpful.
