Liked: The breakfest as the most
Disliked: there was only one elevator the waiting to get to your room was bad , also i don't like to share laundry last time i put my clothes and someone take my basket, i pay at the hotel 50£ by card still didin't get it back

Liked: The front desk officer Ellie was polite and pleasant
Disliked: I booked for adjoining room for the whole family, but we were separated with an excuse that one of the bookings was cancelledThe beds and mattress are not fit for purpose, substandard, and out of touch .with current bedding for a hotel like Marriot.The floor carpet on the whole corridor is worn out and dirty and must be changed.Spec up the place with modern stuff to commensurate with your status and the fees you charge.
