Liked: The staff are very nice, the beds are comfortable and the shower is strong.
Disliked: The only complaint I have is the "leather" couch in the two bedroom suite. It is not evenly firm so the only comfortable place to sit is at one end. It says really badly in the middle so if more than one person tried to sit on it to watch tv it was uncomfortable. This was true in room 432 and room 332.

Liked: The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to be able to have a kitchen for our cold drinks and food. We loved the hot tub. There was a nice assortment of choices for breakfast.

Bad

Disliked: Nov 10th. It was a rainstorm. In order to unload my 2 kids (under 2), I parked my car in front of the main entrance. This woman "Tracy Durick" from the front desk, came running outside, shouting at the top of her lungs yelling that I am not supposed to park my car there.Highly unprofessional and bizarre experience. Even though she was seeing I am unloading kids and the car is still running, she did not hesitate. I may have been there for 30 seconds max. All the guests in the lobby gave her a distasteful look. It happened on Sunday night, not that it was a busy hour and I was harassing other guests.I stopped by later to resolve the misunderstanding, she totally ignored me and tried to fake fix a door behind the front desk and ignored eye contact.Being a traveling physician, I have stayed here twice but I ll make sure my hospital does not book any future physicians to stay at this mean place. During check-ins, the elderly women at the front desk do not guide you about the elevator, rooms, pool timings or breakfast hours.Moldy carpets, dark dusky room, stale breakfast, everything can be ignored if you have good customer service, but unfortunately, not this place.
