Disliked: I feel cheated, I wanted to change the reservation to another date, there was no one to talk to, everyone sends me back. I do not recommend

$184 a nite way overpriced....

Liked: Free breakfast was very good!
Disliked: The bed SUCKED. Many low spots. Needs to be replaced. VERY VERY UNCONFORTABLE. I requested daily maid service. Got NONE. TUB SPOUT and overflow needs to be calked proper. Looks like a 3rd grader did it.

Liked: Didn’t like that they added tax upon the tax I already paid through booking.com. Also, nothing in your app mentioned a parking fee by the property.

Was kind of a nightmare

Disliked: They assigned us to a room already occupied by someone else, twice. Was very tiring going to a room someone else was also assigned it. We finally got into a room almost an hour after our arrival. The room had a pretty dirty bathroom.

Disliked: Bathroom smelled the entire time like sewage. Called front desk for extra blankets. Never received them. Pool was said to be 78 degrees. It clearly wasn’t and was much colder.
