I've stayed in Super 8s...
Liked: The main bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Where do I begin... The room was filthy, specifically the carpet. I have stayed at many Marriots with carpets & I understand that they will see traffic from guests but it was very apparent the carpet in our room had not been cleaned.The Kitchen area was also not particularly clean either - I think it had been quickly wiped down but no real care or attention was given. There was no soap or sponges (typically these are provided) so ended up gong to Walmart and buying these items.Furniture in the room was very worn with the leather from the dining table chairs peeling away or just not present at all.The bath tub has this yellow staining around it but apparently it's "clean" it's just old and needs relplacing. There were approx 7-9 bathroom floor tiles that were loose, you could hear the cracking of the mortar evertime you stood on them.The shower Gel or body wash container in the shower had obviously not been refilled because it was empty after the second use... No one came buy to clean the room in the 6 days we were there. We did inform the lady who checked us in initially that the room wouldn't need cleaning every day, but she also said that they would have someone come by, by at least the 3rd day to change sheets and replace towels respectively. This never happened, no one bothered to check in on us or see if we needed anything. My wife and I by this time were also done in raising issue with the staff as no one seemed to really give a crap.I raised my issues again with a member of staff as we checked out and she gave me 10,000 Marriot points. I agreed to this thinking this was decent compensation only to realize that it's about $100 worth for our inconvenience - talk about a slap in the face. Not impressed.

Liked: Hotel rooms accomodations, breakfast and some front desk agents very helpfull, but if your reservation is done trough a third party like booking the attention is very poor
