Disappointing

Liked: We booked 3 nights for 780$, when we came something was broken and there wasn’t hot water and lifts were broken too. So they moved us to the other Marriott which was very close. But the price for 3 nights there was 450$, so I don’t understand why I have to pay 750$ ???

Friendly staff, excellent room and...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and their customer service was great. We like the room size and the comfort, down to the elevator wait time. The breakfast was good but we went at a rushed hour time. However, there were still plenty of seating space and the line was quick, just the usual wait for waffles. Overall we enjoyed the establishment.
