Great hotel but
Liked: Room and breakfast was great staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: We are smokers so they put us on the main floor by a exit door which was great but once you. went outside you couldn't get back in the room card wouldn't work they. changed our cards three times but none of them worked

Liked: The problem was between booking.com and the hotel and we suffered. At check in we got a key for a room for 2 adults although we had a confirmed email from booking that said room for three adults with a sofa bed. So no sofa bed and nowhere for our 18 year old son to sleep. I pleaded with front staff to give us another room and he politely said no even though they weren’t full claiming it was booking.com fault. He did bring us an air mattress on which my son slept. I called booking com twice and after holding for 20 mins each would get cut off. An email to them after has gone unresponded. A very poor experience don’t know where the glitch was but we suffered
