Liked: The problem was between booking.com and the hotel and we suffered. At check in we got a key for a room for 2 adults although we had a confirmed email from booking that said room for three adults with a sofa bed. So no sofa bed and nowhere for our 18 year old son to sleep. I pleaded with front staff to give us another room and he politely said no even though they weren’t full claiming it was booking.com fault. He did bring us an air mattress on which my son slept. I called booking com twice and after holding for 20 mins each would get cut off. An email to them after has gone unresponded. A very poor experience don’t know where the glitch was but we suffered

Liked: Rooms has been spacious & manage distance to the place where I had to visit everyday.
Disliked: Booking.com team created few anxious moments for this booking, it takes multiple emails & phone calls to change the booking date's, team doesn't considers responding to customers & provides last minute updates, also found Booking.com team isn't well updated on the property policies. Found few surprises on cleaning protocols for rooms, which wasn't updated to me prior booking. This creates an unhygienic situation for such long stays. Will always think twice prior doing any booking through your website. Very poor breakfast menus, paid such high price, it was always packaged food cold, takes long to heat in the oven, highlighted this to the property, blunt replies received & suggested to pre heat in different oven. same breakfast menu served for the entire stay durations. Seems I have lost considerable money by taking breakfast options & considerable compromise has been made on sanitation & hygiene. Difficult to coordinate with Booking.com team. poor customer care online & phone support.
