Exceptional

Liked: Nice suites with separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchenette. Very clean. Nice gym: two treadmills, two elliptical machines, one recumbent bike, a bench, and free weights. Cozy lobby/sitting area. Attentive staff. There was some confusion when we arrived, but the front desk staff was patient and professional, and we were able to figure out what went wrong. Upon our departure, we lost our car keys and, again, the staff was very kind helpful as we waited for the locksmith to come.
Disliked: No pool, but you can't have everything.

Liked: Kitchen had everything I needed. Bedroom had sun blocking curtains.
Disliked: There was an odor in the room. Like bad cologne.

NOT PET FRIENDLY

Disliked: I made the reservation through Booking.com, and it was advertised as a pet-friendly hotel. 2 days later, I decided to write to the hotel to find out more about their “pet-friendly” policy, and they informed me that they charge $150 per pet (even though the ad says that the fee MAY apply). It will apply for sure! They charge for all pets. I was shocked by the price level and the lack of clear communication from the hotel in their Booking ad. I sent an email. They intended to explain their reasons, but it doesn’t make sense to charge such a high price (the price of an entire night) without the animal having done anything wrong or damaged the hotel. I don’t consider them to be pet-friendly.
