Excellent family get-away in downtown...

Liked: Pierre managed our check-in and he was such a warm, funny, and excellent person. He looked after us so well, and we enjoyed sharing a few stories and laughs together. He really made our check-in an excellent experience. And for the duration of our stay, all staff at the hotel were exceptional. Breakfast was also fabulous, with lots of choices. We have two vegans in our family, and the oatmeal station was a hit!
Disliked: The pool was a little chilly, but we loved the dry sauna in the change room.

Great place to stay

Liked: The location is perfect a walk away from important spots. Everything was super clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool open until 11pm ! The view is fantastic. The breakfast could be richer, but almost everything tasted good.
