Staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. During breakfast the next morning, staff were efficient and very helpful.

Disliked: Hot tub "out of order". Happens far too often at these hotels. $39 for parking? This is Kingston, not Toronto. Both completely unacceptable at this price point.

Disliked: I was misled about the price. I would not have chosen this property if I had known the room was 549$ for one night. Not pleased. The room taxes were also higher than expected. The posted rate was $206 per night and I was charged over $1400 for 3 nights. Cancellation rate was exorbitant. I will not book through this service again due to deceptive pricing policies.

Is a good hotel but...

Liked: The breakfast was really complete but there is no too much space for a hotel so big so if you go for breakfast at normal time (between 8 and 9) you can find yourself without seating space. The staff was really helpful and fast responder.The underground parking was wide and clean.The location is great, just walking distance of all major attractions in Kingston and the pier where you can take the 1000 islands cruises.The room was spacious and the sofa bed for my kids was solid and big enough for 2 teens.The bed was a little soft for my liking with plenty of pillows.The view from a Water view room was amazing.
Disliked: The prices that were shown on the booking App was without taxes and the difference is really big. The room was not cleaned during our stay, we only stayed for 2 nights but they didn't clean the bathroom or emptied the trash cans when we were there.The pool is small, good for kids but nothing else.Do not use the parking at the hotel, you can park on the street across the hotel and is for free.
