Liked: I like my own room with bathroom more private and my friend s own room w bathroom… 2 bedrooms in one room is best…
Disliked: Housekeeping didn’t bring us clean towels and rags

Disliked: Facility was under construction, dust curtains in each hallway, No extra pillows, TV remote did not work. Fire alarm went off at 4:34am and went off for 20 minutes before fire department only to be told someone MAY have pulled the alarm. The manager on duty was running around frantic and chaotic. It was a poor experience.

It was fine

Liked: the staff that prepared breakfast on the 23rd was exceptional. I didnt come in contact with many staff members, but the woman who presided over breakfast prep and service was one of the best hospitality staff members ive ever had the pleasure of working with. you should commend her with a special commendation of some kind
Disliked: our stay was unexceptional except for the previously mentioned service by the kitchen staff which was exceptional

Disliked: The beds make a ton of noise and were a litte hard.

Liked: Breakfast had a variety of choices and was decent We chose this based upon location to Arrowhead
Disliked: I made the reservation in March. In the way down to KC I got an email saying that the hotel was overbooked and we we being moved to another hotel 10 minutes away. I had to call and explain they we were traveling as a family in one car and had 2 rooms booked. I also chose the hotel based upon location for our event they night. We couldn’t check in early which was not a problem but we. We’re the last ones to check in. Our room was not clean and the tv did not work. Not much we could do at 12:30am. I would not stay here again
