Exceptional

Liked: Everything was great! We were first meet by the pleasure valet, who polite and accommodating. The front desk staff were polite and ready to answer questions. The hotel was gorgeous and the room with view was awesome.

I will never stay there...

Liked: The suite was nice and the big sleeper couch was nice.
Disliked: It was valet parking only charging an additional $35, it was not made very clear on their website about that. I did not like valet parking at all. And when I got my car back, my window that was broke had been rolled down and they broke it worse now it won't stay up. They did not even apologize, they said they didn't do it, which was a lie. I contacted the hotel and parking.com about it and neither one even replied.

Liked: Breakfast included and the small gesture of popcorn and a cookie checking in makes a lot of difference for a family that I traveled several hours to get to this destination. The front lobby was clean.

Liked: The location, staff and breakfast was wonderful. The room was well organized.
Disliked: I asked for a smoke free and pet free room. There was a subtle odor in the room that caused my allergies and asthma to be worse unsettled. When I left the room for long periods of time, I felt better.

Liked: The property was beautiful and very clean. The amenities were great and the free breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. I love that the checkout time is 12. The rooms were very large and equipped with everything you’d need
Disliked: The parking was too expensive, and there were no free parking options around.

Excellent place to stay. Close...

Liked: Location was perfect and in walking distance of our venue. Valet parking was easy and well thought out allowing for adding it to the room bill and electronic tipping. Breakfast was good. Good variety of food and drink. Room large and very comfortable. Shower with built in shampoo and contioner and body wash instead of the tiny sample size was very helpful and perhaps more efficient. Nice to have the King suite. Snacks and food available. Staff very helpful and smiling. Enjoyed the curtains with shears so sun came in but still privacy from hotel across from ours. Later checkout is nice. Most checkout times are 11 am, so 12 pm was nice.
Disliked: Earlier check in would be nice. Would trade the earlier checkout of 11 am to have at least 3pm check in time instead. Breakfast could be warmer. Sausage was cold and plates could be warmed so food doesn't get cold quick. Coffee was very bold and no choice for medium roast. Had to use a lot of creamer /milk to balance it.
