I had a great time staying here for my trip to Jersey. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; our room was very clean and the breakfast was the best included meal I've ever had. We got there at about 7AM and they gave us early check in for no extra charge. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling for short or long periods.

Overall the hotel is good

Liked: The breakfast was good, but not so much options. The location is great, coming out of the hotel is straight to the pathway to take metro to 9/11 or Time Square New York. It is also easy to move around the neighborhood.
Disliked: First, the fact i have to come down to the reception every day to get our daily water consumption is not cool. Second no concierge onsite, coming from the UAE, i was not expecting that, especially in the winter time, this is a normal basic service every hotels offers in the UAE. Third they need to change their window blinds, especially for the rooms facing the apartment across the road, it is way too transparent.

This hotel was fantastic and...

Liked: The room was gorgeous and high-quality. We had a suite that included a full kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, sink, dishes, and living room space with a loveseat. It was excellent for the price point. The breakfast had a great selection, and the food was delicious. The staff was also lovely and helpful. The location was perfect, with excellent access to wonderful restaurants and activities very close by. It was super easy to get rideshare pickups very quickly.
Disliked: The only thing that I didn't like was the bed. The size was good but the mattress was extremely uncomfortable for my fiance and me.
